How would those dishes be served—what could be done, apart from the food itself, to show or refer to what happened in the Columbian Exchange? U2/A5 PINK worksheet w/ Qns re '13 Facts, Slavery in Africa' reading, Video Gde. re The Columbian Exchange (Crash Course video #23)
We watched this video in class on Tuesday, Oct. 22, and filled in the video guide as a class (except for the two questions about how the New and Old Worlds would/could have been if the Columbian Exchange had never happened).
The reading '13 Facts About Slavery in Africa' was handed out on Tuesday. Wednesday, Oct. 23 was a shortened class period with in-class time to work on the reading. The PINK hand-out with both sides done was due on Thursday, Oct. 24.

On Monday, 10/28 we used computer cart Chromebooks to explore what Europe was going through during the Age of Exploration/Columbian Exchange/Trans-Atlantic Slave Trade. The worksheet has links on it but those links are also available below. If not completed during class, finishing the worksheet was homework. It is due on Tuesday, Oct. 29.
